  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to causes beyond the control of Pegasolux.

  • Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for it rests with the courier company.

  • Pegasolux shall not be liable for:

    • Delays, failures, or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control (acts of God, force majeure, weather events, logistics disruptions, etc.).

    • Theft, loss, misplacement, or robbery occurring after delivery to the customer. Once the order has been received by the buyer, responsibility for it no longer rests with Pegasolux.

  • The customer understands and accepts that it is their responsibility to use the jewelry properly, following the care and maintenance recommendations provided by Pegasolux.
